GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment.

Shipping takes 2-5 Working Days Worldwide (excluding clearance). We ship via USPS, DHL or UPS and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Laya cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorising the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it. 

Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Laya. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country.

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our fabric and manufacturing processes and your satisfaction is of great concern to us. If your purchase is anything less than perfect we will do our utmost to assist you.

We have the following options available: 
 
Full Priced Items: Refund or Store Credit.
Sale Items: Sale and discounted items are final sale, no exceptions.
 

Please note, we can only accept returned swimwear if it is in its original condition, containing all tags and hygiene seals. All shipping charges are non refundable.
